Refund policy
We hope you love your Rosée & Co jewellery. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original packaging
- Returned in a resellable condition
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items may take up to 2 weeks to arrive before dispatch. Once a pre-order has been placed, cancellation requests may not always be possible if the item has already been ordered from our supplier.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
